Meanwood Cricket Club is based in North West Leeds and have two senior teams, who play in the Dales Council Cricket League, a friendly 3rd XI and a U12 Girls side. The Club also boasts a thriving Junior Section with five teams starting from under 9s, up to under 18s who play their cricket in the Aire Wharfe Junior Cricket League.
The ground is situated on Parkside Road next to the Myrtle Tavern, Public House. Regularly voted one of the most picturesque grounds in the region, the club prides itself on its inclusive friendly atmosphere and has an active social element too. The club hold weekly training sessions at the ground during the season (mid-March to early September) for both junior and senior cricketers in addition to indoor winter nets. We are always on the look out for new players of all ages and ability and the Club holds ECB Clubmark status, a recognition of it's excellence and safety for Junior coaching.

**Last Person Standing (LPS) Instructions**
**Entry Fee:** £10 per person
**Prize:** 50% to the winner, 50% to Meanwood Cricket Club.
**Objective:**
Select one team from the English Premier League to win in each Gameweek. If your chosen team loses or draws, you’re out. If they win, you advance to the next Gameweek. However, you cannot select the same team more than once. For example, if you pick Manchester City in one week, you cannot choose them again in future Gameweeks.
**How to Win:**
The competition continues until only one person remains. This individual is the winner. If no single person remains, the pot rolls over, and you must pay another £10 to re-enter the game for the next round.
**Start Date:**
The first round begins with Gameweek 11, with fixtures starting from 11th November.
